Short Cancellation Policy
We know your time is valuable, and ours is too. Out of respect for our staff and our other clients, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment.
- The first time a client misses an appointment, we will make a note in your file.
- All future missed appointments will incur a $150 fee.
Cancellation Policy (Events and Classes)
Our venue holds limited seating, and many of our productions and workshops] sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 72 hours before your scheduled event or class. This will allow us to offer your spot to another Student/Customer. You may email us at email@example.com to cancel.
Please note, we do not offer refunds. However, if you give us at least 72 hours notice of your need to cancel, we will credit your payment toward another Class. However, if you do not cancel with at least 72 hours notice, you will lose any payments you have already made.
Late Policy (Events and Classes)
We do ask that students be respectful to the instructor’s time and to the other participants. We understand that things happen, however, we encourage students to arrive to the event at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event. Students must participate in warm ups to prevent injuries. Students are not permitted in the class if they are more than 15 minutes late.
Cancellation Policy (Video Subscription)
Cancellations made 3 days or more in advance of your scheduled renewal date will not be charged.
